4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: scraping data, creating automated accounts, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Fair Use Policy & Refunds
To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and to protect our systems from automated abuse, our "unlimited" resume generation feature is subject to a Fair Use Policy of 100 generated resumes per week per user. This limit is set well above typical human usage and strictly exists to prevent bot activity and system abuse.
Furthermore, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee so you can try our service risk-free. However, to prevent abuse of this policy, the money-back guarantee is voided if you generate more than 10 customized resumes during the 7-day period. We believe 10 resumes provide ample opportunity to evaluate the quality of our service before committing.
